What it knows about your raid train
- The lineup fills itself in: Drop a lineup block on the canvas and every claimed slot appears with the streamer's name, handle, avatar, and start time. Nobody gets typed in by hand, and nobody gets left off.
- Forty-odd fields read from the event: Wildcards like {event_name}, {start_date}, {time_range}, and {open_slot_count} pull straight from R3dLabs, so the flyer says what the event actually says.
- Long trains paginate themselves: Say how many slots fit on a page and the design repeats across as many pages as the lineup needs. A forty-slot train is still one design you edit once.
- Times in the timezone you picked: Set the timezone and 12 or 24 hour once on the template. Every slot time on every page follows it, and you can show the timezone on each line.
- Preview against a real event: Flip to preview and see the finished pages built from an actual event of yours, or from sample lineups ranging from six slots to very large.
- Change the lineup, redo the flyer: When someone claims a slot or drops out, reopen the design and republish. The slots re-read themselves, so it is one click rather than a re-edit.
What you can put on the canvas
- Text: Over forty web fonts with weights, line height, letter spacing, alignment, casing, outlines, shadows, and a solid or gradient fill behind any block.
- Images: Upload your own, reuse anything in your media library, or bind a layer to the event image, the team logo, or the host's avatar so it fills itself in.
- Shapes: Rectangles, ellipses, and lines with solid or gradient fills, borders, corner radius, and drop shadows, for the panels and dividers that hold a layout together.
- Lineup blocks: Rows or a timeline, one to six columns, optional avatars, handles, and day headings, and your own templates for the name and time lines.
- A canvas that behaves: Snapping to the edges and center, arrow-key nudging, layer ordering, locking, duplicating, and sixty steps of undo.
- Backgrounds: A flat color, a gradient, or an image, with the event's own artwork as the fallback if you leave the image empty.
Sizes you can make
- Social posts: Square, 4:5 portrait, 16:9 landscape, link preview, and YouTube thumbnail.
- Stories and vertical: A full 1080×1920 story or reel, plus a half story for shorter layouts.
- Headers and banners: X header, Facebook event cover, Discord server banner, and a 3:1 wide banner.
- Streaming: Twitch panel, Twitch profile banner, and a 1920×1080 offline screen.
- Print: Letter and A4 posters, plus a half-letter handout for conventions and meetups.
- Or your own: Anything from 200 to 4000 pixels a side. Change the size later and the whole design scales to fit it.
Finishing and publishing a flyer
- AI backgrounds from your event: Describe the artwork you want, or let it work from the event's title, description, and image. It renders at your canvas size and never draws text into the picture.
- Publish to the event page: One click renders every page and posts them to your event's public flyer gallery, where anyone can flip through them and download a copy.
- Download to post anywhere: Export PNG or JPG at full canvas size. Multi-page flyers come down together as a zip, ready for X, Discord, or the printer.
- Save it and use it again: Keep any design as a template, duplicate it for next month, or copy a flyer you already made onto a different event. Copies are one-way, so editing one never disturbs the other.
- Take your templates with you: Export a template to a file to back it up or hand it to a co-organizer, and import it back into any account.
- Or upload your own art: Already have a flyer? Event settings take up to thirty pages of PNG, JPG, or WebP, so the gallery works whether or not you designed it here.

- Does it fill in my lineup automatically?
- Yes. A lineup block reads the event's claimed slots and renders each one with the streamer's name, Twitch handle, avatar, and start time in your chosen timezone. Text layers can also use wildcards such as {event_name}, {start_date}, {time_range}, and {open_slot_count}, which read straight from the event. If the lineup changes, reopen the flyer and republish.
- What if my raid train has more streamers than fit on one flyer?
- You set how many slots fit on a page and Flyer Studio repeats your design across as many pages as the lineup needs, keeping day headings in the right place. You still only edit one design, and the pages publish and download together.
- What sizes can I make?
- Seventeen presets covering social posts, stories and reels, X and Discord headers, Facebook event covers, Twitch panels, profile banners, and offline screens, plus letter, A4, and half-letter for print. You can also set any custom size from 200 to 4000 pixels a side, and the design rescales if you change it later.
- How do the AI backgrounds work?
- Open the page background and choose Generate. Describe the artwork you want, optionally let it read the event's title and description or match the event's image, and it renders a background at your canvas size. Text is never drawn into the image, so your own type stays sharp and editable. AI backgrounds are a membership feature: 15 generations a month on Premium and 30 on Super Power.
- Is Flyer Studio free?
- Designing is free and unlimited on any event. Free accounts can publish or download a finished flyer for one event per calendar month, and can keep revising that event's flyer as often as they like within the month. Membership lifts that to every event you run and adds the AI backgrounds.
- Where does a published flyer show up?
- On your event's public page, in a flyer section anyone can open. Visitors can page through a multi-page flyer in a lightbox and download individual pages or the whole set. Publishing replaces whatever flyer pages the event had before.
- What file formats can I download?
- PNG, which keeps transparency, or JPG, which is smaller and flattens onto black. Both export at your canvas's full pixel size, and a multi-page flyer downloads as a single zip.
- Can I reuse a design for my next event?
- Yes, and that is the point of templates. Save any design as a template and start future flyers from it, duplicate an existing template to try a variation, or copy a flyer you already made onto a different event. You can also export a template to a file to back it up or share it with a co-organizer.
- Can I use Flyer Studio on my phone?
- Not yet. The editor needs a screen at least 1280 pixels wide, so it is a desktop or laptop tool for now. Flyers you have already published are visible and downloadable on any device from the event page.
